Three-quarters of a century ago, electric co-ops arrived on the scene to meet the greatest engineering challenge of the 20th century: spreading the benefits of electric power to the most remote corners of our nation. Our success in this endeavor over the succeeding decades stems from one simple fact: our mission remains one of service.
