Sr Project Manager/Systems Analyst

The Project Manager/Systems Analyst must possess a good understanding of the business and their applications; tenacity for application problem-solving and a solid work ethic. The function of the PM/SA is to play a key role in the development, implementation and on-going maintenance for the systems supporting the business department(s) by understanding the business processes and how systems can help facilitate these processes. The PM/SA often serves as the primary business interface. They may lead and/or contribute to the creation of detailed project plans, system requirements, and program specifications; develop and execute Quality Assurance test plans, and coordinate User Acceptance testing. They may be responsible for the overall project and its delivery on-time and within budget. They are often responsible for managing concurrent projects. The Project Manager/Systems Analyst also helps train, mentor, and guide project team members with lesser experience.
