NRECA Regional Meetings

The NRECA Regional Meetings offer the prime venue for electric co-op leaders (CEOs, directors, voting delegates and key staff) from neighboring locations to pursue “the next greatest thing” for the future of their communities. By attending your regional meeting and engaging with industry experts and colleagues who are familiar with the issues you face every day, you will strengthen your co-op and make vital contributions to the role America’s electric cooperatives will play in leading the new energy future.

  • Welcome Reception [SOLD!]

    Sponsorship Cost: Sponsor pays total expense
    Benefits include:

    • Your company will be recognized as the Welcome Reception sponsor with signage at the event entrance.
    • Your company will receive five (5) complimentary registrations per meeting to the 2015 Regional Meetings.

  • Membership Luncheon [SOLD!]

    Sponsorship Cost: Sponsor pays total expense
    Benefits include:

    • Your company will be recognized as the Membership Luncheon sponsor with signage at the event entrance.
    • Your company will receive three (3) complimentary registrations per meeting to the 2015 Regional Meetings.

    Co-Sponsorship Cost: Co-sponsor pays one-half of the total expense

    • Your company will receive three (3) complimentary registrations per meeting to the 2015 Regional Meetings.

  • Mobile App [SOLD!]

    Sponsorship Cost: $25,000 for all five (5) meetings
    Benefits include:

    • Your company will be recognized as the sponsor of the 2015 Regional Meeting Mobile App.
    • This app will be downloaded and used by 2015 Regional Meeting attendees throughout the event.
    • Your company will receive a sponsored custom menu item.
    • Your company will receive two (2) complimentary registrations per meeting to the 2015 Regional Meetings.

  • Event Wi-Fi Co-Sponsorship with NRECA [SOLD!]

    Co-Sponsorship Cost: $16,000 for all five (5) meetings
    Benefits include:

    • Your company will be recognized as the Wi-Fi co-sponsor with signage throughout the event.
    • Your company will receive one (1) complimentary registrations per meeting to the 2015 Regional Meetings.

  • Lanyard Sponsorship [SOLD!]

    Sponsorship Cost: $10,000
    Benefits include:

    • Your company logo will appear on the conference lanyards at all five (5) Regional Meetings.  The lanyards will feature a one-color logo on one side of the lanyard and will be distributed to meeting attendees at registration. 
    • Your company will be recognized as the official Lanyard Sponsor of the 2015 Regional Meetings with signage throughout the event.
    • Your company will receive one (1) complimentary registration per meeting to the 2015 Regional Meetings.

  • Scan & Go Registration

    Sponsorship Cost: $9,000 per meeting or $45,000 for all five (5) meetings
    Benefits include:

    • Your company logo will be displayed on the Scan & Go registration computers.
    • Your company will be recognized as the sponsor of Scan & Go with signage at the registration stations.
    • A company representative is welcome to be present at Scan & Go registration to answer questions and welcome attendees.
    • Your company will receive two (2) complimentary registrations per meeting to the 2015 Regional Meetings.

  • CEO Grid Modernization Symposium, Co-Sponsorship with NRECA [SOLD!]

    Region 1&4 – September 8-10, 2015; Charlotte, NC | Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm
    Region 5&6 – September 15-17, 2015; Minneapolis, MN | Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm
    Sponsorship Cost: $8,500 per meeting
    Benefits include:

    • The opportunity to provide content and presenters for a full-day pre-conference symposium for industry leaders at the NRECA Regional Meeting.
    • Sponsor will be listed as a co-sponsor, with NRECA of the CEO Grid Modernization Symposium in all promotional materials.
    • Recognition as the co-sponsor of the 2015 Regional Meeting CEO Grid Modernization Symposium with signage at the event entrance.
    • Sponsorship signage placed at the food and beverage areas for morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunch for the pre-conference symposium.
    • Your company will receive two (2) complimentary meeting registrations.

    Sponsorship Cost: $6,000 per meeting or $30,000 for all five (5) meetings

    • Your company will receive two (2) complimentary NRECA Regional Meeting attendee registrations per meeting.

    Sponsorship Cost: $6,000 per meeting or $30,000 for all five (5) meetings

    Sponsorship Cost: $7,500
    Benefits include:

    • All attendees will receive a custom mini-sharpie marker featuring your logo for use to fill out their safety and emergency contact information on their attendee badge.
    • Your company will be recognized as the sponsor of the Registration Sharpie Markers with signage throughout the event.
    • Sharpie markers will feature a one-color logo on one side of the sharpie and will be distributed to meeting attendees at registration.

    Sponsorship Cost: $5,000 per meeting or $25,000 for all five (5) meetings – Ten (10) available
